DEBATE OVER A STRONG DIRHAM
There is an on going debate in Morocco over the real value of the local currency, the Dirham. The Dirham has gained some 10% value over the last two years due to a drop of the value of the Euro and the main European currencies. As a result, thousands of jobs are said to be at risk.
